Homestead  focuses on curating boutique communities with strategic partnerships including: universities, healthcare providers, non-profits, local government and third-party corporations with an interest in healthcare, research and development all in the field of Elder Care. We ambitiously work with developers, operators and healthcare corporations and providers to create environments that raise the standard of elder care. We focus on using technology and research that allows seniors to stay healthy and independent longer. We recognize the strength in banding innovative companies, local government and non-profits with universities to increase the level of services at our communities without increasing operational expenses. This allows seniors to stay safe and healthy in a less restricted community of their choosing longer.
